Best Rosalie Coffee

Brisbane west is home to many great little cafes serving some great coffee and food. Suburbs like Toowong, Indooroopilly, Paddington, Red Hill, Bardon and Milton have some great cafes and coffee shops.  One of the most popular hot spots for coffee is Rosalie, It is a micro-suburb that borders Milton and Paddington. To find out the best Rosalie coffee we searched far and wide and asked many residents what their favorite coffee was and where they got it. What we found was the most popular coffee in the west of Brisbane was repeatedly an Italian espresso coffee bean. Bellcaffe coffee is favoured amongst locals because it provides the consumer authenticity. When quized, locals from Brisbane's inner west mentioned that they buy Bellcaffe coffee beans online and consume them at home. They obviously want to taste the Italian espresso and be reminded of their European holidays. There is a shift away from the 'fresh espresso' of the local Australian roasters. This is because in part by the consumer being educated in the coffee making process and learning that quality Italian espresso is best when the coffee beans are aged, this aging process originated in traditional Italian coffee blending and roasting practices.
Italian espresso coffee beans are routinely aged rather than being used immediately after roasting, the reason? As is well known aged coffee beans provides more flavour by allowing the coffee beans to rest. Time actually helps the beans develop their flavour rather then detrimentally impact the coffee beans. So there is no validity to the claims that imported Italian coffee beans will be stale when they arrive to Australia. There is no issues with time but the three elements that do degrade coffee beans are only Oxygen, heat and UV light.
